Shipping costs: We ship most orders via USPS, FedX, or UPS. Shipping artwork requires special consideration and pieces have unique packaging or handling requirements. We're unable to provide shipping and handling quotes prior to completion of the packing, therefore the online purchase price does not include the cost shipping/handling. Feel free to contact us prior to placing an order to discuss shipping. When you place an order, we'll contact you with a quote prior to shippping your items to confirm you're comfortable with the cost. We will subsequently charge your credit card for the shipping charges in a separate transaction from your online order. 

Pickup: We also offer free local pickup on most orders. Contact us for more information. 

 

Please choose your artwork carefully as we unfortuntely don't accept returns. All items are final sale. However, we really want you to be happy with your purchase. If you'd like assistance selecting a piece or if you'd benefit from seeing additional photos, don't hesistate to get in touch. If you change your mind about your order before it has shipped/been picked up, contact us and we may be able to cancel the order for you or apply your order total to a different piece.  We note any and all damage to the artwork and frames and include this information in the product description section. In the unfortunate event that your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition inconsistent with the product description, take a digital photo of the item including damaged areas and a photo of damage to the shipping container it arrived in (if applicable), then attach the photos to an email and send to us at thegral1@yahoo.com. We'll will get back to you within a few business days on how to proceed with your order. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions on our return policy prior to placing your order.
